Reflexology in Dublin
...more than a foot massage
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems
How will I feel afterwards?
The effects of reflexology are unique to the individual. While some will experience a sense of relaxation and well-being, others find it to be quite energizing. Your body's response to the treatment could be instantaneous, however, most people usually notice the full benefits after 4-6 sessions.
Am I suitable?
Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from newborn babies to those receiving end of life care, and everyone in between. However, there may occasionally be times when it is not suitable to provide a treatment.
Is it covered under Medical Insurance?
YES!! If your insurance provider covers Reflexology you simply submit your claim in the same way as normal.
We work with ALL Irish insurance companies and can help you with your insurance claim if needed.
Some companies cover 100% of the treatment while other cover 50%
What is a treatment?
Your practitioner will begin massaging your feet and applying pressure to target areas. For example, if your symptoms are associated with your head and neck, the reflexologist may focus on your toes.
