Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a medical recognised medical treatment, proven to enhance the body's healing process and is one of the most effective methods of delivering oxygen to all cells in the body.
During therapy, a specially constructed, EU Medical Standards, hyperbaric chambers is used. Creating a pressure of 1.3 - 2.0 ATA, oxygen is administered to the body in almost 100% concentration for rapid self-healing.

So now that you have read the above, here's what really happens during a HBOT session (known as a "dive").
Imagine yourself in a 2 man tent, zipped up, while you relax on a comfortable reclining chair bed, with some pillows and cushions. Sounds nice right?
Now that your are relaxed the combination of pressure in the chamber (sorry, tent) and almost pure oxygen, allows red blood cell to carry the oxygen in greater quantities and way more efficiently around your body
Sit back, fall asleep, read a book, play on your phone, do emails, do mind exercise or just relax with your own thoughts. All while allowing your body to naturally self-heal a LOT quicker than normal.
After your session you will be offered complimentary Hydrogen Molecular Therapy with every hyperbaric session. This further enhances the effects of your Hyperbaric session and also boosts your immune system.
